When someone in your family has died, you need trusted legal support. Whether there is an estate plan in place, or not, I can guide you through the process of transferring or closing an estate. It’s never easy to lose a loved one, but I’ll help you manage the legal matters with ease.

Emili S. Day

I come from a family of lawyers and have been surrounded by the legal system since I was a kid. My father, currently retired to Florida, was an active attorney and civil servant in Hamilton County for all of my life. My brother is a US JAG and practices contracts law in Maryland.

During and after law school, I worked as a victim advocate and later an Assistant Prosecutor in Hamilton County.

I am currently a wife and mother of 3 kids. I live in Loveland, a northeast suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. When I’m not lawyering, I am a certified yoga instructor and licensed minivan driver.
